It's not DOT and EPA certified for the US.
It'll cost you more money to make the DOT conversion and it's not exactly a *huge* thing to deal with, you're just going to be swimming in paperwork and fees the whole way, plus a light here & there. This imported MKIV won't make it to California either due to the laws there. Your best bet is Florida or Texas. The JDM Supra doesn't come with an EGR, and it's tuned in an entirely different way than the USDM Supra. Injectors, turbo, runs on MAP, etc. etc.
It'll be easier to source a USDM Supra and start that way.
