Do what I did when Toyota scorched me on my new car warranty. Tell the dealer, indeed warm them, you will not stand for such shady actions, and that if they continue,1. tell them you will discourage everyone from buying their garbage cars, now and forever. 2. You will go public on the internet and expose them for the charlatans they are. 3. You will not rest till they lose business based of your documented discrepancy. 4. Demand the name and phone number of the head of Toyota. and when you get him, let him know he stands to lose millions on you alone if this issue is not taken care of. Then follow through. I too have been burnt by Toyota. They have lost millions on me by discouraging others from buying their defective products, and buy showing them the documentation of not covering strut failure on my brand new car withonly 4000 miles and a few months old. Feels good too.
