Call it 1.05. There were some incidents that apparently were due to TPS not returning from the depressed position, but they were very few. All the incidents that involved runaways, where the brakes were ineffective while the engine was running away, were driver errors. If not, we would logically have seen literally millions more brake failures with a few uncontrollable runaways embedded among them, and far more controlled runaways without brake failure.
