Fill your radiator with coolant and then drive the car for 20 minutes until it is good and warmed up. Park it, shut down the engine and pop the hood. When the coolant is hot, the pressure is highest in the system and you have the best chance of seeing the leak. Biggest potential spots for leaks include upper and lower radiator hoses, heater hoses, thermostat housing, water pump, the radiator cap, overflow bottle or hose, and the radiator itself. Less common places can include the engine block itself, and on the inside of the car around the heater core.
Whatever else you do, make sure you fix the leak as soon as possible. As part of your fix, it would probably be a good time to fully flush the old coolant and replace with fresh.
