Hello,you did not say how old is your car and how male it run?
but no problem try to do the next steps:
1-check the oil (the old oil increases the engine friction and leads to harm the engine)**
2-check the spark plugs (replace the spark plugs if they are used since along time)**
3-air filter (clean or replace the air filter to help your engine to breath)**
4-fuel pump and filter (when the fuel and filter get dirty, the performance of the car reduces)**
so the problem should be one or all these things and I hope not to be something bigger like it is time to replace the engine.
