Default about how many highway miles can i expect to get in a 2011 toyota tacoma with a V6 engine,,,its
a double cab? what I mean is how many miles on a full tank of gas

The number of gallons the fuel tank holds (find in owners manual or dealer info sheet) minus 1 times the highway mpg you on the "New vehicle window sticker" minus about 10% because you drive 70 and they got their numbers at 60... this will be real close to real life unless you load it with anvils and watermelons in which case... well you get the idea...

These trucks are not well known for good gas mileage. Try to find one with an I-4 if you don't really NEED a V6.

Our '10 extended cab gets about 18 around town and a little highway driving. Mostly highway will give you more MPGs. These are awesome trucks!
