toyota truck leaking water in oil before and after rebuild?
ive had it machined and everyting at a shop and rebuilt the whole motor and its still leaking water in oil? what could it be thats causing it to leak water in oil?
Just to verify: the coolant is disappearing and the oil shows signs of water, both? Water in the oil is normal as a result of condensation, especially in the winter.
Nick may be right but any reputable machine shop would have checked for cracks before machining is even thought of....and condensation is a possibility but if you are having to constantly top off the coolant and the oil looks like a chocolate milk shake you can easily rule that out......SO
before you tear into this thing again....CHECK THE OIL COOLER...the oil cooler has coolant flowing through it and It could have an internal leak
