Try Tires.com, if you are looking for the argent silver steel rims and not the fancy aluminum alloys. If you are looking for the brand-specific Toyota aluminum rims you may not have much choice but to get them from the parts center at the dealership.

I would try Craigslist.org and type in Toyota Wheels. There are always folks that buy new aftermarket wheels and then sell the factory ones for a lot less than what you'd pay at a dealership. The only other choice is a salvage yard that's if they have the model you want. The 4 runner can take the Sequoia, Tundra, FJ, and Tacoma wheels also so there is quite a bit of a selection. Don't forget the Lexus GX and Land Cruiser have the same bolt pattern and will work also.
