Side mirrors replaced and now the speakers don't work.?

Autobody shop just replaced the driver side mirror on my Toyota Camry LE and did some other work to the passenger side mirror now the speakers don't work. They insist that the work they did could not have affected the speakers. I find that hard to believe as the speakers were working just fine when I dropped off the car.

Day 2 - The autobody shop just finished the job and replaced the passenger side mirror. And, miraculously the speakers now work. They still won't take any responsibility and think it is a strange and odd coincidence.

check the settings on the radio to verify. Most likely they are right but just to check; if they look good pop off the door panel make sure everything is still connected correctly.

i agree with above answer but also look for pinched wires.

I too would check the setting and if the speaker on the side door does not work. They may have accidentally pulled the wires off from the speaker on the door panel.

the door panel needs to be removed in order to replace the side mirrors. that means a whole bunch of electrical connectors need to be unplugged and plugged back in during the repairs. they must have forgotten to plug the connector back in for the door speakers.
