get rid of dashboard warning light?

Default get rid of dashboard warning light?
my car thinks there is a problem with the seat belts, so this little red light never gives up blinking...















i have a 1999 corolla















how do i get behind the plastic cover in front of all my gages so i can paint over that little red light?































for the record, this is "hypothetical"















also "fixing the issue" is not an option
