You should replace the engine.
My daughter's 1993 Accord recently went through this when her husband ran it out of oil at 65 mph. The engine came to a stop rather suddenly. The rod bearings were almost entirely beaten into foil and three of the four spun. The #3 main bearing was badly damaged, the cam lobes looked like it lost a cat fight. They were desperate for it to work a few more months so I tore the bottom end down. The crank was undamaged as were the connecting rods - when I polished the rod journals and fitted new rod bearings they Plastigaged to spec: .001 - .002 inches on all four. Long story short, it is on the road today but not healthy. The compression is 85-60-90-60 instead of 135 across the board. The check engine light comes on when he lifts the throttle. I've instructed them to keep it down to 65 mph and no more than 2/3 throttle, and don't take it down the mountain because it might not make it back up.
