Default 1982 toyota hilux rn?
i was driving my car today and a red warning light came up saying brake...i checked the brakes and replaced them all then bled the brakes and its still on, anyone no how to get rid of it?

Short in the switch socket, check the harness to the pressure switch which may be either in the distribution block or the master cylinder. Remove the connector and hook up a jumper wire between the terminals, turn on the key - if the light is off the switch is bad. Also check the switch for the e-brake, may be stuck open.

Check the handbrake switch and if it has a fluid level switch that too if both work then it is a wiring fault, check for continuity

The e-brake / handbrake warning light with an exclaimation point in a circle surrounded by brackets refers to eithed a low brake fluid level or faulty handbrake switch... that or the wiring is shorted to ground and bringing on the w/l, easy check for an experienced sparky, and its a simple system so a reputable workshopo should have you sorted asap!
