level is full?

Check the oil pressure sending unit or the oil pump.

You've got oil pressure issues. Sounds like you'll be needing an oil pump soon.

Go to the dealer's service and have the car examined. Maybe sludge has impeded oil circulation. If that can be remedied by flushing the engine, they can try that. If the engine is OK, perhaps the oil pressure sending unit is bad or has a loose wire. I hope you didn't get this oil change at some cheapie oil changer who messing up something because they really don't know what they're doing, or want to trick you into repairs that are not necessary.

It's not an oil LEVEL light, it's an oil PRESSURE light. It usually means engine bearings are on their way out, although I've known a blocked oil filter to cause low pressure.

If the light was not coming on before the oil change I would be suspicious. You probably should have it checked by someone other then the place that changed your oil.
