Go to the dealer's service and have the car examined. Maybe sludge has impeded oil circulation. If that can be remedied by flushing the engine, they can try that. If the engine is OK, perhaps the oil pressure sending unit is bad or has a loose wire. I hope you didn't get this oil change at some cheapie oil changer who messing up something because they really don't know what they're doing, or want to trick you into repairs that are not necessary.
