Probably Throttle position sensor, or sticking choke or that flap in the intake that the gas peddle controls has gum built up in it. Very common occurance to get black tar like gum build up in the throttle body flap. Clean it real good with a brush and cleaner like CRC or Brakleen. Cheap fast way to try something that won't cost you an arm and leg. Make sure to get a cleaner that says it won't hurt the sensors. Like the TPI and the others in that area. Hope this helps. Sure helped a sticking throttle in my wife's car. Less than 4 dollars and few minutes of scrubbing. Good way to repurpose an old toothbrush.
