My ABS feature is sensitive, sounds good but if someone drops a cup of water it starts...why?

Default My ABS feature is sensitive, sounds good but if someone drops a cup of water it starts...why?
Sensitive ABS - I have a Toyota 2004 Rav4 4wd, the ABS is crazy sensitive, which has to be bad right? Does this hint to needing new tires? wheel alignment? or its working as suppose to?

My 92 Previa 4wd was like that too. My tires had like no more thread on them and they were a hard rubber so I figured I needed new tires for the winter. Since I was not keeping it for much longer; I just pulled the ABS Fuse out and it stopped fine after that. I'm not telling you to pull out the Fuse but you should maybe look in to new tires for your SUV.
