Buy new plugs. They are cheaper than repairs for using the wrong plugs.

new plugs are all of two dollars. you are better off buying new plugs then facing the consequences of using the wrong plugs.

They might FIT as screw in ok. BUT they are probably a step colder or hotter. There is a chance thay are the same - you just have to check the plug specs for both cars. You can do that at any parts store. Or - go to an online store and input each car and see what they recommend.
