2004 highlander slip indicator & ABS malfunctioning?

Default 2004 highlander slip indicator & ABS malfunctioning?
I have a 2004 highlander and when I get over 20 miles an hour the slip indicator starts beeping. If I press the gas either nothing happens or is slow to happen. If I keep it at speed the car will start to shutter or jerk. When I press on the brake I can feel and hear the ABS activating. Do you think this is a ABS speed sensor problem or something worse?

Might be a speed sensor problem or many other things. Make sure your speed sensors are clean. they are magnetic and they suck up brake rotor dust. clean them off and make sure they are not damaged and the gap is right. It sounds like your traction control is sensing "tire slip" and it is shifting to low power mode. If the sensors are indicating different wheel speeds from left to right - that would probably cause it. The abs is activating because of the wheel slip that is perceived. If something is failing it should have some DTC's in the computers.
