Hey, it depends if the warranty is still valid. If its a 48,000 mile warranty and he has 32,000 miles on it AND the warranty is transferrable, it would carry the warranty.

Depends. Some are transferable. You need to call the dealership.

If it's still under factory warranty, it carry's over to the new owner.

Toyota what model of car is this? The CE only means it is the base model but what car exactly? The factoryh warranty is only still good for any new owners if the mileage is under 36,000 or 3 years.....since it is a 2008 it isn't 3 years old but you need to see what the mileage of this car is to determine if warranty will sill be valid. Call the Toyota dealer if you have questions..I'm so sure......
