jza80 SUPRA 1998 pending on what grade some were fitted with 2jge 3ltr naturally aspirated the other was a 2jzgte single turbo VVTI 3 ltr motor same family as the std 2jge the early series had the 2jzgte twin turbo not VIT all jap spec

The 2jz-gte that was twin turbo with vvt-i which added only 1 hp and torque so it went from 320 to 321 hp and 315 to 316 ft/lb torque. If you got the SE model it had the 2jz-ge with just 220 hp. Both of which are 3.0L inline v6. Also the 1998 is the last year they were made in the US.
