how to change out headlights in a TUNDRA?

Default how to change out headlights in a TUNDRA?
of course toyota makes it complicated. i can disconnect the wiring but i cant pull out the actual plug. i searched on youtube and google and cant figure out. do you guys know??































i have a 07 toyota tundra

What year? Most of them you will turn the bulb to remove it, some have a rubber boot covering them, if that is the case you pull the rubber boot off and there is a metal clip holding the bulb in.
