What is the best year toyota tacoma. Ive heard issues with head gaskets?

Default What is the best year toyota tacoma. Ive heard issues with head gaskets?
looking at buying a t 1996 4x4 2.7 liter tacoma. has 128kmiles. i checked carfax it was clean. does this year have any issues with head gaskets or was it just the v6 tacomas. the frame has little to no rust also.

The Head Gasket was in V6 not in the 4cyl.















It was pre95 with the 3.0.















You should be good.
