Open your favorite Internet search page. Search for Toyota Yaris Factory Service Manual. There are several you can download. The going rate seems to be around $20. See the link below for an example.
A service manual will give you detailed step by step instructions how to do just about any maintenance task on this car, including servicing the timing chain.
Some additional tips. Most people own some sort of digital camera. Before you start take some pictures from different angles of the engine. Each time you remove a major component take a new series of pictures from different angles. These pictures can be useful later on to jog your memory if you are having a hard time putting something back together.
Get yourself some 1 quart and 1 gallon zip lock bags, generic will do. Get a roll of 2" masking tape. Get a sharpie. Each part you remove place the part and its fasteners in a zip lock bag and label the bag. If the part is too large to bag label the part and put the fasteners and loose components in a zip lock bag and label the bag. No loose parts. Label each wire and hose you disconnect. This organization will pay dividends later when you are putting the engine back together.
