What is the best mod for under 500















I have short ram chip catback exhaust new spark plugs on 2002 celica GT















do pulleys catalytic converters help?















Thank you sooo much also the mods u list how hard are they to install

Just don't change your cat converter and go with stock. To be honest with you, for a celica its not worth spending money on performance parts. If you want mods here are some good ones:















cold air intake with k&n filter give you a smooth sound and provide better mileage, rims not the big and chrome one, and maybe legal tint will help.
