Default '94 Celica or '03 Tiburon?
This is an opinion question so I'm listening to any and all answers.















I have a '94 Celica GT hatchback. I love the car but it needs all kinds of work. It only has 164xxx miles and its getting fresh paint and a few other mods this spring to make it sellable. It's a Toyota and it's been very reliable. HOWEVER I had an '02 Maxima before it and it feels kind of old compared to what I like. I am considering selling mine after paint for about 4k and buying a used Tiburon with some cash on top of that. These Hyundais have low resale though so I'm questioning reliability. I want a V6. What does anybody else think? Good deal? Thanks

Considering you abused Celica as you note, Hyaundai will not last and a V6 Tiburon's at 20,000 have a tiny V6 and are all show(if any) No go. No reslae and junk. Celica worth retail in condition about 500.00 yes 500.00 if that. I have been appraising cars for 15 years. 4,000.00 is too much if in mint condition as was only 17,000.00 new that year.
