Default Hi, i have avensis vvti 2001 petrol 156k it makes grinding noise while driving, the grinding
noise comes? same no matter what gear u driving, but with more speed in high gear, grinding noise gets faster aswell, also more noticeable when u press n release clutch while driving, could it be gearbox or clutch, i wiibe geatful to all helpful advise

Probably both. If your transmission has never been serviced you are probably overdue. Dirty lubricant and worn clutch assembly have caught up with you, take it in for service and bring your wallet.
