how long will a toyota mr2 spyder last?

Default how long will a toyota mr2 spyder last?
I'm looking into purchasing a 2000 Mr2 with 80k miles. Will they last until 200k+ miles? Also is there any common problems with these? It is listed for 6k and has brand new tires and needs nothing. Thanks















It's mid engined (behind driver) but bot turboed.

Is that the rear engined one with the blower & the turbo ?? If it is, they tend to overheat....

Many people have Toyotas with 200k+ miles. Assuming it's well maintained, it should last longer than that. My Previa has over 200k miles.

That MR2 is the post-turbo era MR2s. You're talking about the 1ZZ engine. It's good engine. The Celica GTs and the Corollas used it. At 80,000 miles, it's still a toddler. You should easily get 300,000 + miles out of it with proper maintenance. They seem overpriced for what you get however.
