How do I turn on the front diff lock in '91 Toyota 4Runner?

Default How do I turn on the front diff lock in '91 Toyota 4Runner?
I just go this truck and cant seem to figure out how the diff lock works. Im not sure if it works or not and any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

you don't have locking diffs. but you have locking hubs.































do you have manual or auto lock?































manual,















you go to the front hubs and turn the center lockers to "lock". they have an arrow. then you put it in either 4 low, or 4 high on the transfer case shifter in the cab.















do not move the transfer case shifter while moving. to unlock, get out and turn them to "unlock". take your transfer case shifter out of 4x4 in to 2 high.































auto lockers,















select 4 low or 4 high on transfer shifter, push the button in the cab and go.































always be stopped b4 shifting in or out of 4x4.































go to toyota site. sign up with your vin# and dl a free owners manual.
