Same as you have been getting all along. Once a car has been broke in on a certain brand and grade of oil, it a good to stay with that. Changing brands can be detrimental to the car because some brands use different additives and chemicals than others, and they are not always compatible. The important thing is to always keep the oil and filters changed on a regular basis. And don't use the cheapest oil you can find. Use a leading brand like Pennzoil, Castrol, Valvoline, etc. Change the oil every 3,000-5,000 miles depending on the type of driving you do. If you drive mainly short trips around town, you want to change it more often. Doing this regularly will make sure that you car will last you as long as it can.
