I have a manual but in Japanese..

The Toyota Belta (referred to in North American and Australian markets as the Toyota Yaris sedan or Toyota Vios in South Asian markets) call toyota and ask them or maybe you could find one on ebay.

From your local Toyota dealer that should be able to provide it for free.

I usually resort to Amazon when I need an owner's manual for a used car I have bought. The Belta is known as a Yaris here in the States. The first source has a new one for $40, which is a typical price. I'm outraged for a few minutes when I pay that much and then I get over it and appreciate having the genuine manual. Easier than learning to read Japanese, too.
