When you open the hood, bank 2 is the side that is closest to the radiator on your Yota. B2S1 is on the inlet side of the converter and B2S2 is on the outlet of the converter. That vehicle has Wide Band A/F sensors in B1S1 and B2S1 positions, not conventional O2's like you may think. If you've had the popular "code read" from AZ, I would highly suggest not replacing that sensor based on their diagnosis, especially if they're tryin' to sell you a part. If you do actually need one of those sensors, (which I doubt) my advice is to purchase an O.E.M. part from Yota.
