I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla CE manual with 180,000 Kilometres (112,500 miles). I want to know what you think about my Corolla's life? Please try to give me numbers for the following questions. How many more years will it last? How many more Kilometres or miles can I put on it?
Your engine has a steel timing chain, so you don't have to worry about that. If you keep up regular service, this car will keep running until you run it off a cliff and smash it on the rocks below. Expect about another 100,000 miles at least.
You've got good service out of your corolla but it is probably on its very last legs. Corollas are economical disposable cars. Once they have reached their life value they are simply thrown away for a new one. That is why they are built so cheaply.
