theres no way the timing belt broke and it is still running. You must have had a different belt break

The timing belt may not be mounted externally. It is either the drive belt for the alternator or the water pump. Replace the belt immediately.

Timing belt is inside the motor, and car will not run with it broke. You may have had a different belt brake, and it need replaced now. You will break something else, by over heating your car(water pump turns on belt), or kill your battery(charges on a belt).

I cant see how the car is running if the belt broke!! your crank shaft will not turn and if it is running dont drive it or you will bend the valves and destroy the engine.. good luck!
