well first thing you have to do is get a wrench then a ratchet an socket then grow a pair of nuts an place the wrench on the bolt then hold hte ratchet on the nut as this happens with the nuts you grew turn the rathchet until the bolt is loose then repeat until bumper off then place the new where it goes and do it all over agiain pretty tuff stuff really ya might consider an auto shop to do it for you for the price of 85 bucks an hour! hope this helped!
