Toyota really answered the bell on this one, Is really funny the one comment from the ford guy. Actually Toyota just won last week 25 million dollars from the Dana Group, they are the people who made the frames in questions for toyotas,unfortunately, once again, it was a USA manufacture, but anyways it turns out Toyota was responsible for 6% of there business and FORD was 20% and they would not say how much GM was, but I thought I would look in google for "ford frame rust problems" and there was 45 million results, pretty interesting reading, then I did a search for "Toyota frame rust problems" and only got 248k, so there was 200 times more for Ford, actually a good chunk from both searches are from ford people talking trash about toyota, If you had any idea on how many ford execs I have as customers that bought a toyota the day they retired, claiming ford makes them cheaper (and nowadays ford is the best of the big 3)
Well if Toyota won 25 million from them for not making them to spec, AND toyota has replaced 10s of 1000s of trucks, while ford got them from the same people and either they got theres to spec, or many many many people that are complaining about rusty ford frames are out of luck
