Get an owners manual / shop manual, or go to an actual working trained Toyota mechanic that knows his business AND will not compromise AT ALL. That way if there is an axillary post on the ignition switch he'll know ALL about it. If there is an axillary placed on the fuse box or circuit breaker box he'll know ALL about it, such as if there is a service bulletin out there saying not to use it cause it's for some obscure reason potentially prone to faults... not that I know of any with any Toyota product, but things happen... that's why service bulletins are out there... and even if your car is not yet on such a list if something goes wrong you don't want your insurance company complaining and if something does go wrong you want to be contributing to any service bulletins your car should be on, if it should be on a service bulletin... which of course I have no idea... cause I'm not a mechanic.
