It is a toyota so tha spells reliable right there. The only issue I have had with mine, an 86 and a 91 was a leaky valve cover gasket. This was a common problem with certain supra's that their owners have not simply updated their valve cover gaskets yet have had. Over all though it is a very very reliable car. Tough as nails. And the turbo supra's are a blast to drive too! But lousy in winter lol!
