Default What kind MPG does a toyota TUNDRA V8 get ,are they good trucks?
Im thinking about one , but not sure weather a V8 or V6 B better on gas

Toyotas r great trucks- if the vin starts w/a j it was made in japan & generally better built. Cars.com can tell u the mpgs on v8 vs v6 but the difference will b minimal

I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4 5.7L V8. I usually average 15-17mpg city and 19-22mpg highway. I've owned the truck since new and have not had a single problem with it. The Toyota Tundra trucks are very well designed and built. They're very comfortable riding, and great towing capabilities.































Buy one with a V8. The V6's are pretty sluggish for the size of the truck. And you won't be getting better gas milage with the V6 as its working harder to move the truck. The 5.7L V8 has tons of power to spare even when towing and gets pretty good gas mileage for a 1/2 ton full size truck.
