disconnect all spark plug/coil wires at both ends. spray boots with WD-40 and re-install.
basically any ignition connection and component that can be sprayed with WD-40 should be.
check air filter for excessive moisture. replace if needed.
MAF, CPS connections in the bay.
if it can start, then plug foul is not an issue.
proble is that water can get frickin anywhere......
