1994 hilux overheating?

Default 1994 hilux overheating?
dual cab not turbo. replaced every thing can think of. radiator, water pump, diff fan. any suggestions? as soon as it starts labouring or going up hill the needle moves over. and if over 90km an hour the needle moves over. when the aircon is on it moves over easier















have done the head gasket and the viscous fan. just cant figue it out

Blown headgasket. These trucks are notorious for it. Especially older high mileage toyota trucks or suv's.

until you state the engine option, all is just a guess!!!































you're from down under.















there are three configs all with different issues. diesel, or 22R(E) or a 3VZE.

FYI,















only the 3VZE V6 was known for gasket failure due to the routing of the exhaust over the bell housing behind the heads.















the diesel and the 22 motors live just fine.

You did not say if you had a pressure check done on the system. If you did not i would suggest you have it done.
