I don't have a spare... and it's got a chip in it.

Most likely it's a dealer item only; if you can get the stub of the key out, you can get a new key from a dealer; if not, then it's time for a locksmith............................I have read of people stating that a replacement chip key can be bought elsewhere, but I would not chance it

Go to the dealer, they usually have on file what they need to make you a new key. Be prepared though, they can be really pricey for the ones with the chip

Take your registration and your ID to a Toyota dealer and they will be able to cut you a new key using the VIN number of your car. It will be expensive since it has a chip in it, probably around $75 or $80.

New Toyota chip key is about $80, not much else you can do.
