Toyota corolla airbag module,where is it located.?

Default Toyota corolla airbag module,where is it located.?
Basically want to put the airbag light out in the dash to past the test,had it at the garage and was told it would cost ?300 to replace it seen one on ebay ?70 so if i can get it out on check some numbers i can save some money!

You didn't specify a year, but in most cases they are located somewhere in the floor console. Try looking under the radio or under the armrest.































Since you don't know the root cause, the new module might or might not fix the problem. You might have to reset one or more of the computers for this to work (I'm no expert). Make sure you know what you are doing, personally I wouldn't touch anything airbag related and leave it to the dealer. Can you have them install it for you?
