Default Hilux 22R Carby Problem?
I have a 22R Petrol Hilux, The engine will not start unless fuel is poured down the manifold. The Fuel level only gets to about 1/2 way. Would could be the problem?

carb could need rebuild may be dirty fuel filter

what r u referring to?

per book, (should be app for all carbbed 20R&22R trucks)















check, choke, needle valve (in float bowl), fuel cut off valve not open, filters, fuel pressure low.































it would be a benefit to you if you stated the year.































my guess is this manual, it's a FREE factory shop manual dl. carb trouble shooting starts on pg 293,
