Same as with all modern engines: 40-60 psi at cruise, 10-20 psi at hot idle. My understanding is that the pressure should not go below 6 psi on modern engines and that damage can occur below 4 psi (at idle, of course).
Never use more viscous oil to increase the pressure; the old mantra was "oil pressure" but since the engine design revolution of the 1980s it has become "oil flow." Bearing clearance for oil is .001 - .005 inches and most modern engines specify .001-.002. If the oil is too viscous it won't flow through the bearing readily enough.
