my check engine light code P0172 for 2003 celica gt?

Default my check engine light code P0172 for 2003 celica gt?
i have a 2003 celica gt that is mildly modified with headers, 1 inch throttle body spacer, new MAF, new ISCV, lighter crack pulley, CIA, and the ECU has been reflashed/reprogrammed. i've been receiving the code P0172 so i had the injector rebuilt by RC injectors, new MAF, new Idle speed control valve, new hoses by toyota, new charcoal canister, gas is premium by chevron or shell. the code keeps coming back and the car would hesitate at every stop and while driving once i let of the gas the idle would fall down quick.















please help, thank you
