Could be a bad motor mount, but since you say it happens only when you brake, it is not likely, because it should happen also when you accelerate.
Probably tour syspension bushings are shot.
Ger it to a tire center and try to get a wheel alignment, they will tell you what is whrong with it.
if nothing is wrong check your motor and tranny mounts.
And do not buy japanese anymore.(Get a used beemer you will not believe the difference)
