Overall I would say probably not. BUT, since Toyota has not stopped production on any of their cars and GM just closed a plant in Louisiana that makes the Colorado/Canyon because they can't get the necessary parts from Japan it does make a person wonder.
I think in time, if the situation in Japan doesn't improve, you will see more Toyota and Honda models having production issues than the other manufacturers. Both of their hybrids are made in or rely heavily on parts from Japan. In today's world Toyota and Honda are as much American made as the "Big 3", they both have plants in the USA and have models that are produced entirely in the USA.
Without knowing for certain the extent of Japanese parts used in producing cars for any of the "Big 3" it is hard to say which car maker will be affected the most.
