Default Buying a Toyota Camry? Should I look for low mileage?
I am looking for a Toyota Camry. I would like one made between 2000-2008, and I was wondering if I should just look for a car with low mileage when I'm looking. Does the mileage really matter? What do you think it too high or too low?















We are willing to spend up to $7000, but we are hoping to find one thats around $4000-5500.















Or should I look for what year it is? Should I just go with a low mileage older car?

Mileage does matter. However a Toyota is a strong engine and the engine usually lasts longer than the body of the car!

What you SHOULD be looking for is one that has been serviced regularly, and the seller can prove it because he/she has all the paperwork to prove it. Sadly, few people DO regular service AND keep all the papers.































Low miles means little if the car wasn't in the service bay for 4 or 5 years.































People often have the attitude that "hey. It's a Toyota. It'll last forever, so I don't need to worry about regular service" WRONG.
