Al Gores son proved it can cruise at 100 mph at least I suspect the to speed would be limited to 115 mph because of the tires, as is the case with a lot of vehicles that use all season tires.
The top speed of the Prius is limited to about 105 mph, however it accelerates strongly up to that point. How far depends on the terrain and various other factors (like police or running out of gas).
Also from what I have read it doesn't cut fuel like most cars when it hits the speed limiter it just backs off the throttle and acts sort of like the cruise control is on and set for 105 for as long as you keep "The hammer down".
