there's no easy answer to this questions, this will depend upon time and how well recovery effort is coming along. since the damage is so bad, probably cars can possibly be pushed back. At the moment I do know that the supply of toyota honda nissan (both parts and cars being imported) will fall short, when decrease in supply and such cars still high in demand, prices can increase; so if your looking for a japanese car right now, its best if you purchase one quickly.
