Slight damage can be repaired by turning the rotor, maybe $10. Anything more than slight damage will require a new one for about $50. Whatever you do, you'll need to do it to both sides, though, so double the price.
I replaced both front rotors on my '98 Corolla. The rotor was $18 at AutoZone and I spent about an hour doing them both. OEM parts will cost substantially more. Labor at the shop is about $100/Hr. Call the shop of your choice for job flat rate and time estimate. If you have ABS the job may be a little more complicated than non-ABS.
If your rotors got warped, avoid long braking which overheats them and is the cause. Use a lower gear to decend long hills.
